The Memphis Editions 2025 have arrived—once again bringing together a small collection of works that in their own ways continue the program and history of Kunstraum Memphis. Each year, the editions are created in collaboration with artists who have exhibited with us or whose practices have left a lasting mark on the space.
This year’s selection brings together a range of approaches: Maruša Sagadin works with playful shifts in material and form, questioning familiar perspectives on everyday structures; Huda Takriti transforms incidental phone snapshots into small image-objects rich with memory; Bernhard Weber develops a scent composition exploring the identity of alternative art spaces through the lens of corporate fragrance; and Marit Wolters translates the spatial openness of a historical floor plan into a delicate, lattice-like aluminum sculpture. What unites these works is a subtle sense for shifting perception, space, and the traces of memory.
The editions are now available in limited numbers via email or on our website, with proceeds benefiting the artists and Kunstraum Memphis in equal measure. In addition, all editions released in previous years will be on view in the Editions Exhibition through December 31, 2025, and can be purchased on-site or online.
