Together with SKALAR - Centre for Experimental Music and Sound Art, Linz based collective nomadenetappe - Kunst & Theorie initiated an exchange-project which in its first stage brought a group of artists from Linz/Austria to a discarded fish factory located on the outskirts of Seyðisfjörðurs/Iceland. For a duration of two weeks the artists, whose oeuvre mainly focus on the medium sound, worked on site on various projects. The results of this process were showcased in an exhibition, a few live concerts, workshops and lectures between October 4 - Oktober 7 2012 during the Skálar Sound Art Festival.
